DIRECTIONS:

First, remove the heat pack from the fleece outer sleeve before heating. 

Heat for 1 to 2 minutes in a glass bowl in your microwave until it reaches the desired temperature. Replace the outer fleece cover.  Test the temperature first before applying it to your skin.

The pack can be reheated from room temperature
