This large handcrafted heat pack will hug your body and bring relief of aches and pains in a "big" way. The Mother Pack is filled with a generous mixture of lavender essential oil-infused rice and dried homegrown lavender buds.
It covers a large area and can be used to soothe common problems such as arthritis, muscle aches and pains, cramps, insomnia, stress, and tension. Perfect for relief of Techneck symptoms.
Use also as a winter warmer under the covers against the winter cold.
Heat for 2 to 3 minutes in a glass bowl or plate in your microwave until it reaches the desired temperature. Test the temperature first before applying to
your skin.
The Mother Pack can be reheated from room temperature and or used as a cold pack by placing it in the freezer 2 hours before use.
